Osprey Combat Aircraft Vol 40 PBJ Mitchell Units of the Pacific War by Phil Novak

The PBJ was the US Marine Corps version of the famed B-25. The Marine version, the "PBJ" had the ability to fire 'Tiny Tim' rockets and had a 'hose nose' radar. This book covers the Marines use of the PBJ throughout World War Two in the Pacific.

The book is filled with personal accounts of the pilots, describing what flying this lumbering aircraft was like. The book gives little unit histories on the PBJ squadrons, highlighting where they served and some of the more notable accomplishments.

This was an interesting book to read, as it was to the point, and put forth in a way which helps to retain the information that you have read.
