Verlinden Pz.Kpfw IV Interior by Phil Novak

In Verlinden's standard greenish resin comes the wonderful little Pz. IV interior for an Ausf. H or J. The kit is largely based on two big blocks that slip into the hull. One of these blocks contains the transmission and radios, and the other contains a shell rack and the point where the turret rests on the hull floor. There is very little that has to be added, as only things like the seats and controls levers are separate from the blocks. The turret interior consists of the gun breech and the turret basket. Most things on the breech fit very nicely and the detail is outstanding. The hardest part on the whole kit is trying to mate the turret basket with the inside of the turret ring. You have to make sure each of the three supports line up with where they are supposed to go on the turret ring. It is very tricky to get them all lined up perfectly. As for the kit instructions they are a little weak with no painting guide and somewhat confusing diagrams. One final note is that when you get your kit, check the part layout diagram on the instructions and be sure that you have everything. My kit was missing four parts!!!
