Hot on the heels of their very successful HO line of Mini Metals de-cast vehicles, Classic Metal Works has just release a new N-scale line of Mini
Metals die-cast vehicles that are perfect for adding a bit more character to N-scale model railroad layouts.
Equivalent to 1/160th scale, all of the N-scale Mini Metals currently available depict popular cars and trucks from the mid-1940's to the mid-1950s. This makes them perfect for N-scale layouts centered around the later steam or earlier diesel locomotives. Available subjects include convertibles, hard tops, pickups, and "woodies," as well as tanker and delivery trucks.
The attention to detail and scale that Classic Metal Works incorporated into all of its regular die-cast collectibles is readily apparent in each of these N-scale beauties. Each model flaunts a glossy finish and pad printed details. Chrome details such as grilles, bumpers, and hubcaps add an extra touch of class that really sets off the paint jobs. Some models even sport the wide white wall tires that you would expect to find on many of the vehicles from this era.
N-scale mini Metals are available in two colors and are packaged two to a card. This lets you buy several of one particular model, say the convertible, without having to worry about them all being the same color.
