This was Germany's last stand in North Africa and was also a time period when German armor was upgrading, such as the introduction of the Tiger tank and the long barrel 75mm cannons on the panzer IVs."

DML Night Fighting Panther by Thomas Alwell: "The Ambush-Scheme dots were put on with a small paint brush. For the Mud I used Tamiya flat Earth paint mixed with Tamiya putty and baking soda."
DML 1/48 Me262 by Scott Sclafani "This aircraft was chosen because of it's very colorful paint scheme and much photographed camouflage pattern. Most late war 262s were left in a one color dark green on all upper surfaces."

It also made them the number one target on the battlefield as their enemies attempted to eliminate the Romans "Command and Control" structure first."
English Electric Lightning by Jack Hollander: "Before spraying the Alclad I brushed Future Floor Wax on with thick brush. If you don't put a barrier between the plastic and the Alclad, the Alclad will attack the plastic."

Hasegawa 1/32 Me Bf109-G6 by Jack Hollander: "The colors that I used on this G6 are Testors Model Masters RLM74, 75, and 76. I had to lighten the shade of the Grau Violet."
Hasegawa 1/32 F-4J by Al White "This is a 1/32nd scale Hasegawa F-4J. All decals are stock that came with the kit.The tail rudder was painted according to a photograph from Marine Squadron Markings."

King Tiger by Thomas Alwell " It is is a very cool kit to build. It's detail is very good and has good potential for interior detail. Iit also comes with 88mm rack's. I used photo etched parts from Eduard and a Jordi Rubio gun barrel. The Zimmerit is from Cavalier and fit's very good. "

Monogram B-58 Hustler by Jack Hollander: "For an older kit, Monogram's 1/48 B58 Hustler went together quite well. There was also plenty of detail on the landing gear."
Monogram F-86 Sabre Dog by Walt Moore: "This model's most complex aspect is in the decaling. This is "Stencil Mania"! There are 120 separately numbered stencils, many of which are multiples. These stencils are all readable under a low power hand held magnifying glass."
MR Models 1/35 Spiggot Mortar by Bob Caruso "This type of mortar was used by the Japanese for Coastal defense. The sign next to the mortar translates to "Danger"."
Nacht Hexen by Mike Wohl "These were female Russian pilots who flew small biplanes at night over German lines to bomb rail yards, ammo dumps, troop concentrations and the like."
New Hope Design 54mm US Helicopter Crewman, Vietnam by John Alberts: "This figure represents a Helicopter Crewman of the 1st Air Cavalry from the Vietnam war."
New Hope Warrant Officer by John Alberts: "The decal on the helmet is by Verlinden and the grass on the base is colored hemp rope."
P-61 by Alan Greenstadt: "Sure the P-61 was an important plane, probably the first to really use radar as an effective bad weather/night tool. But is that the reason we all want to build it?"

Revell 1/32nd F-14 Tomcat by Al White The instructions were easy to follow and all parts assembled with no problem. The national insignia decals are from Squadron Signal Publications and the Squadron markings and all others are included in the kit.
Revell 1/32nd AH-64 Apache by Al White " The model started out as a 1/32nd Revell-Monogram AH-64. It is armed with two Sidewinder missiles and a variant of the Hellfire system for anti-shipping duties while escorting amphibious vessels."
Revell 1/32 F4U-1 Corsair by Al White "The F4U-1 Corsair is a 1/32nd Revell kit. This one shows a little weathering that happened in the South Pacific."

Tamiya 1/48 A-10 by Jack Hollander "I decided to go with the lizard camouflage scheme: Euro dark Green, Medium Green, and Euro Gray. Testors Model Masters paint was my choice. Metalizer Exhaust was used for the rear of the engine; the intakes were brushed with Chrome Silver; the bombs, Olive Drab."
Tamiya German Infantryman by Eric Giesler: "I applied the cement to the joints and waited for the plastic to soften and bubble out. Then the plastic was pushed in firmly to eliminate the seam line."

Tamiya 1/35 M577 by Sal Provenzano "This M577 models an actual M577 that served Airborne units in Vietnam, (1968-1972). It was converted into a field ambulance and deployed with support units in order to provide first aid for less than critical wounds, heat stroke, and other minor medical maladies."
Tamiya Steel Wheel Panther G by Donn Cross: "After adding all these parts makes me wonder why I paint it - it just covers up all the work I put in to it."

Scratch Building an SE-5a by Joe Weathers: "Model wise, the aircraft was constructed from the superlative plans of the late Bill Galloway. All parts are constructed from spruce and bass wood. Coverings are of a composite of silkspan to simulate fabric, sheet basswood ribs, and aluminum sheet in various places.
US Naval Infantry, Philippines by Chuck Theidel: "1942.There were several things I added to the figure. I swapped out the head for one made by Hornet."
Verlinden Navy Seal by Joe Marcal: "The rest was of the figure was done with Vallejo acrylics. I like the chalky effect when they're thinned, giving it a worn look."
