Hobby Hint

This is a model of Roden's 1/48 Junkers D1 Late version. I painted it using primarily Testors Model Master enamel. For the "mauve" color on the wing, I mixed Napoleonic Violet and British Crimson; military brown for the fuselage; field green; and Tamiya light blue for the underside of the wing.

The propellor is model master sand and Testors Flat Brown, covered with Tamiya clear yellow and orange for a varnished look.

I scratch-built the seat belts and added dials (decals from a different kit) for the control panels.
