Hobby Hint

This Eduard 1/48 scale kit was brushed by hand except for the red, which was Tamiya's Italian spray red.

The streaky effect on the wing was done by brushing on a base coat of Testors Model Mastermasters Khaki.

Then I opened up some Olive drab and Flat gray and lined it up with the Khaki.

I dipped my paint brush in to first one, followed by a brush stroke, than without cleaning my brush dipped in into the next. And so on until the wing was finished.
